At VEYRA APPAREL LLC, many of our products are custom-made or prepared specifically according to customer selections. For this reason, our return policy differs from ordinary ready-to-wear products.
1. Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Customized and made-to-order footwear is generally final sale once production has begun.
This includes products created or modified according to customer-provided:
- Size
- Measurements
- Material selection
- Color
- Finish
- Design specifications
- Other customization requests
We generally cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, chooses an incorrect size, or no longer wants a customized product.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
A customized product may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund when it arrives with a material manufacturing defect or when VEYRA APPAREL sends an item that does not materially match the confirmed order specifications.
Examples may include:
- Significant manufacturing defects
- Major damage occurring before delivery
- Incorrect product supplied
- Material customization error
- Product materially different from the confirmed order
Natural variations in genuine leather, including minor differences in grain, texture, markings, and color, are not necessarily considered defects.
3. Reporting a Problem
If you believe your order has a defect or fulfillment error, contact us at:
Please include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Description of the issue
- Photographs showing the issue
- Photographs of the packaging when relevant
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.
4. Return Authorization
Do not send a product back without first contacting us.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return address and shipping method.
Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or fulfillment error attributable to VEYRA APPAREL, we will generally cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide appropriate return instructions.
For returns or exchanges that are not caused by a product defect or our fulfillment error, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once an approved returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days after the refund is processed for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
Because customized footwear is produced according to individual customer specifications, exchanges are not automatically available.
If an exchange is approved, it may require additional production time and may be subject to applicable customization or production requirements.
8. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally not eligible for return:
- Customized products after production has begun
- Products altered or modified by the customer
- Products worn or damaged after delivery
- Products showing unreasonable wear
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products with missing components or packaging where those items are reasonably necessary for the return
This policy does not restrict rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
9. Sale or Promotional Items
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, sale or promotional items may be subject to the same customized-product restrictions described above.
Specific product-page return terms may apply where clearly disclosed before purchase.
10. Refund Timing
For approved refunds, VEYRA APPAREL will initiate the refund after the applicable return has been received and reviewed.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment processor and financial institution.
